7/24 Assistance Service
Relocating to a new country does not follow office hours, and neither do we. Our dedicated around-the-clock support hotline is available exclusively to our expatriate clients, providing immediate access to qualified assistance at any hour. Whether an employee encounters an urgent legal matter, an unexpected housing issue, a medical question, or simply needs guidance navigating an unfamiliar situation late at night, our team is reachable and ready to help. This service gives both employees and HR teams the confidence that support is always available — not just during working hours.
Phone Registration Services
Foreign-registered mobile devices are subject to specific IMEI registration requirements under Turkish telecommunications law. Without completing this process within the required timeframe, a device can be blocked by local networks, leaving the employee without phone service. We guide employees through the full IMEI registration procedure with the Information Technologies and Communication Authority (BTK), preparing the necessary documentation, advising on the process, and ensuring that registration is completed correctly and on time. This is a small but important step in making sure an employee is fully operational from their first days in Turkey.
Driving License Services
Turkey requires foreign nationals on long-term assignments to convert their existing driving licence to a Turkish one within a defined period. The applicable process depends on the employee's nationality, the issuing country of the licence, and whether a bilateral agreement between Turkey and that country is in place. We assess the correct route for each individual, prepare the documentation required by the relevant authorities, and accompany the employee through the process — handling what can otherwise be a time-consuming and opaque procedure clearly and efficiently.
Vehicle Registration
Employees who bring a personal vehicle into Turkey or purchase one locally must complete a formal registration and licensing process with the Turkish authorities. We coordinate this from start to finish — advising on the applicable procedures and timelines, preparing the required documentation, liaising with the relevant offices, and ensuring the vehicle is correctly registered in the employee's name and road-legal within the required timeframe. For vehicles imported from abroad, we also advise on applicable duties, exemptions available to foreign-national employees, and the documentation required for customs clearance.
Cultural Awareness & Language Programmes
A successful relocation is not only logistical — it is personal and professional. Employees who understand the cultural context of their new environment settle faster, build stronger working relationships, and avoid the misunderstandings that can undermine both team dynamics and client interactions.
We offer structured cultural awareness programmes tailored to the Turkish professional and social context. These cover communication styles and hierarchy in the workplace, business etiquette and meeting culture, social customs and hospitality norms, and the broader historical and cultural context that shapes everyday life in Turkey. Sessions are available in group or individual formats and can be delivered in person or remotely.
For employees and family members who want to build practical language skills, we provide Turkish language tuition at levels ranging from essential everyday vocabulary to conversational and professional proficiency. Courses are adapted to the learner's goals — whether that is managing a shopping trip independently, reading utility bills, or conducting meetings in Turkish — and progress at a pace suited to the demands of the assignment.
